We need to distinguish between physically linked and genetically linked. Genetically linked refers to the recombinants frequency, so if RF is 50%, then they are not linked genetically.
I think here you are asking about physical linkage (i.e. are they on the same chromosome?). With just that information,you can't really tell. You would need to find a gene that is linked to one of your 2 genes of interest and map the distance between it and each of your genes of interest. If you find, let's say, that this third gene is 30mu away from one of your genes of interest and 30mu away from the other, then you know that your 2 genes of interest are physically linked.
Also, if you have a way to tell that both are on chromosome 5, or X, etc, then you can conclude that they are physically linked.
